What The Client Wanted
Our most recent client, based in Blackburn, was having the exterior of their commercial property refurbished. The outside of the building had few wears and tears such as holes, dents and markings caused by a previous security alarm removal. The client wanted old signage removed, and new signage put back on.
What We Did
Our team attended the site before carrying out any work to complete an onsite survey. After doing this, we needed to ensure we had a micro-rib cladding panel repair specialist on site throughout the project. After removing the signage, we filled and repaired the micro rib profile, fixing 230 holes in total. Before cladding spraying, we colour matched the shade to achieve consistency across the building. To access all areas of this site, we used a Z-45 Cherry Picker, which all of our teams are fully qualified and experienced to operate. We also managed to get all the work done within the 5-day deadline.
The guys finished the project at an exceptionally high standard and professionalism. The Advanced Refurbishment team made sure everything was neat and tidy before they left.
